Hello,
I live in a fairly dusty environment and hairy environment with two dogs, and when I am gaming, I can hear my fans running sometimes. Is that bad? My GPU ranges from 65 Celcius to 80 degrees when gaming and about 30 when its still. I also try to cover my pc with towels while I am not using it to prevent dust in it. Is that dangerous or bad for my computer?

But is it okay to keep the vents covered when my computer is off? I want to make sure it keeps maximum performance and how would I clean it?

As long as your computer is off then it's fine. When it comes to cleaning, you can just use some compressed air.

Do I just spray it on the vents lightly?

It's alright if there's a little bit of dust (As long as your temps are fine), you just don't want a lot of buildup.
