Is it bad if my monitor doesn't come with DVI?

Hey folks hope you're all doing well,
I ordered a BenQ EW2440L LED VA 24-inch Monitor to make as my primary monitor, but I just realised it doesn't come with DVI connection but it allows VGA. I was wondering how much of an impact this has on display quality.

I have also ordered an HDMI cable but was wondering if it would make a difference if I was to connect two HDMI cables to it?

vga is analog whereas dvi is digital but hdmi is better. why connect 2 hdmi cables to the monitor?

Because I wasn't too sure whether having two hdmi cables would make it better or not.
Thanks for the information. Also sorry I'm kind of a newbie at this.

Another thing is that I only have a DVI slot in my Graphics card left as I have used already used the HDMI one for my current monitor. If I was to use HDMI to DVI adapter, would it display HDMI quality or DVI quality onto my screen?
