Question Is it bad to over work your pc?

Hey everyone im sort of new to PC gaming and i was playing gears earlier on my laptop and it said my CPU was running at 67% GPU 80% and ram 39% roughly.

Well im just not used to it, i have only played low quality games for a while now i am trying to play shooters etc and get off console gaming. Gears of war 5 is giving me driver problems on start up and i think its only running off one graphics card but if i try to update my drivers it says im all updated :S
