Hey guys, right now i am using ATI Readon HD 7950 3GB from Gigabyte. It has 3 fans on it. Usually when i play BF3 at high setting, i have to turn on the fan speed from Auto ( 30% ) to 50%, the temp goes up to 51C when i play the game. I'm trying to keep the card as about <50. So what i might do is i will turn the fan speed to 50% +. But does it affect the card ? like Lifetime, the fan speed itself, etc ... ?
And what do you think will be a good temp to keep the gpu at?

60c under load is good temp for gpu card, they even fine at 70-80c (albeit lower is better)

For fans, the lubricant inside the fan bearing can dried up if it became too hot (high rotation) or too dusty (aging).... yeah keeping it at high rpm will reduce it lifetime..

often fan died out faster than the GPU
