[SOLVED] Is it better cheaper Air cooler with noctua fans, or just completely noctua nh-u12s

Hey guys, im building PC with r5 3600 CPU, and looking for a CPU air cooler and stumble upon noctua nh-u12s chromax ($85) but its expensive and so I search for alternative like CM212 and ID cooling SE 224 XT black, and saw a bunch of great review for SE 224xt and only lack behind u12s by a little, but of course for noise noctua wins, and so i was thinking

just buy SE 224 XT black for $30 + noctua NF-F12 $25, and save $30

or is it better to just buy nh-u12s $85,

any suggestion ?

Or you could get the Scythe Mugen 5 rev.b and it will perform better than that combo.
