[SOLVED] Is it better to get two more sticks of 8gb or 2 sticks of 16gb for this motherboard?

I have this motherboard with two sticks of 8gb ram and I want to upgrade to 32gb. Is it better to get two more sticks of the same ram or should I get two sticks of 16gb

The sticks I have in right now are 3200MHz, how can I see what speed my motherboard can handle? Would 3600MHz work with it?
