Question Is it better to use FSR 2 over DLSS 1.0 on an RTX 2080 ?

Depends on the title. Most agree that newer versions of DLSS look better then FSR, but I don't think it's so clear-cut when we're talking about DLSS 1.0 vs FSR 2.
