is it bottle necking

I have just built a computer with a 6gb 1060, ryzen 5 1600 and 8 gb of 3200mhz ram but i dont know if any of those parts are bottle necking other parts

No,they do not bottleneck.They are just fine.You will just maybe need some more RAM in the future.

sweet thank. but would you by any chance no how to get the ram to run at its actual speed. i keep changing it in the bios and it just adds another profile that I don't know how to switch to. so is there any other external ram overclocking software
