Hi guys is my cpu bottlenecking my gpu?
when i play the division here are my usages
CPU: 83%
GPU: 0%
but sometimes
CPU:100%
GPU: 83%

i just get 40-60 fps or even 35!

cpu: amd a10 7860k
gpu: rx 580 (8gb)
ram: 8gb (the division consumes 2.5 gb)
psu: 500 fsp (not stock)
Hard drive: 500 gb 7.2 rpm toshiba

Yes. 4 weak cores not handling the frame calculation fast enough for RX 580.

You cant have 0% gpu usage when in a game...

The A10 7860K chips are not really gaming CPU's...that being said you can try lowering the in game settings to med and turn off shadows and you might squeeze a few more FPS out of it...
