I want to downgrade from Ryzen 5 2600 to Ryzen 5 3400g using the iGpu. But I don't know if the 3400g is compatible with my Asrock AB350 Pro4 motherboard.

Yes it is compatible, please follow the instructions before installing the correct BIOS version that allows compatibility with that CPU:

5.80 is the BIOS version that allows compatibility.

Upgrade it with the 2600 in it. If it doesn't have the correct BIOS that allows support for the 3000 series, it simply won't boot at all.
