is it compatible?

hi i am building a desktop pc and am have trouble..my product lists:

cpu: Intel Core i3-4330 Haswell Dual-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150 54W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 BX80646I34330

motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 Desktop Motherboard - Intel B85 Express Chipset - Socket H3 LGA-1150

ram: Kingston-HyperX-Blu-HS-8GB-2x-4GB-PC3-12800-DDR3-1600MHz-240-pin-DIMM-9-9

psu: Rosewill Green Series RG530-S12 530W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS Bronze Certified, Single 12V Rail, SLI & Crossfire Ready, Active PFC "Compatible with AMD APU & Intel Core i7,i5,i3" Power Supply


it powers on for about 1 sec then shuts off right away..tried psu on a different board and it ran..
cant test cpu or ram
and thought it was motherboard problems so i got a replacement but it does the same thing..

help please thanks

with that money you should of tried a z97 board, because the chipset may not be compatible with the ram

i removed the cpu and it ran then so is the cpu possably not compadabile?
