Is it compatible?

My motherboard is GA-B75M-D2V my current GPU is HD6450. I want to upgrade my GPU to GTX 750. Is my motherboard compatible with that card? My PSU is ATX G-TEC450PIV. Will everything will be ok? My CPU is I3-3220.

It should work ok, I don't know that particular psu, but 450 watts should be enough..

Golden Field G-TEC450PIV psu ??? not saw any reviews on that yet
better to upgrade the psu as soon as possible , you can damage your components
