no sir. that motherboard is full size ATX, that case will accept mATX, mini Itx and DTX motherboards only. too many expansion slots.
look for a board with 4 expansion slots on the mATX form factor

im very happy with this mobo, so is mostly evryone else who used it.

if u need a matx and are going for am3/3+ with AMD processor, id defintely highly reccomend this mobo

I would go with this one.
The ASRock suggested above is a nice board too, but I cannot find if it officially supports the FX series processor. I would hate for you to get a board and find you have to do some gymnastics to get it to run.

i have fx6300 and it was plug n play with the mobo i listed. when i was shopping around i found offical listing they were compatible.......somewhere lol
