I'm going to build a Gaming PC but i'm on a tight budget so I have chosen the: DeepCool Gammaxx 400 120mm CPU cooler but i'm not sure if it is compatible with my mother board which is the Gigabyte H110M-H. Can you guys help me out?

Yes it will fit, but typically on a build with the H110 chipset (or the B150 and H170) you would be using a non-overclocking CPU and they come with a good cooler from Intel. If you were overclocking an unlocked K series CPU on a Z170 chipset board, then that would be a different story. No need to overspend here...

Have you already purchased the H110M-H, or is just on your proposed parts list? What parts do you have / need? And like ItsChristian asked.. what is your budget?
