I've been considering upgrading from my integrated GPU and am wondering if my PC is compatible with the GTX 1050. The PC i'm currently using is an Acer TC 280-UR11

I think you should be ok. The gpu is only entry level, so no bottlenecking should occur.

You want the regular (2 gb of vram) version, right? The Ti version (4 gb of vram) is over $160...

Yea just the regular. except I cant find it for anything lower than 160$ (CAD)

Well I found one that’s just $5 over...if that’s ok. GPU prices are crazy high because of the crypto-inflation and the shortage of GPUs. Thankfully I bought a gtx 1050 at $105 USD around December...
