Solution
The Core and internal temperatures are for the CPU. The temperatures of the CPU were moderate above. It was the motherboard temperature that worried my.

I'd try the case-fan/zip tie solution and see what it did.
The sensor may be wrong. If the motherboard is that hot at the power delivery, you should be able to tell. Open the case and use a thermometer to see if it really is near that high. You don't have to touch anything but you need to be a mm or two away.

The CPU is supported and the voltages and speeds seem sensible. To treat the symptom rather than the problem, you could temporarily zip tie a case fan in to blow on the motherboard and see if that has an effect.

where should i check the temp in board sorry i dnt kn anything about motherboards....:)

This page shows a picture of your G41M motherboard. (I think) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3505#ov

Directly Noth of the CPU cocket are two cube-shaped MOSFETS, which are part of the power system. Them, the two silver capacitors nearby, and the tiny black components nearby are what we want to know about. If they are at 85C or close, a thermometer 1mm away will detect the radiant energy.

yes the thermometer shows temp rise around 98c but i cheked in bios it say core temp 48 and internal temp 45c i m confused which one is true and what is difference btw core and internal temp

ok thanks for reply i will try try the zip fan solution 2mrow... then chek the temps

i have zip tied a cabinet fan and directly above the mobo but it seems to have no effect on system temps

just directly above the black power IC and also some copper coiled Registers beside the heat sink and i think its only 2 to 4 *c less
