Is it dead pixel? Dust? Please need honest help

I'm not sure. It looks like dead pixel but seems as if its not dead pixel. help pls?

If the place where a pixel should display the color of the screen stays the same, from blue, red, or green.
white, to black.

It`s a dead pixel, or a set of pixels of the LCD matrix. Matrix damaged or imperfect.


If it stays a set color while cycling through RGB, it is a stuck pixel.

I did upload 4 pictures showing in white, red, blue , green, the colour appears to show but it appears grayish in white backgprund

BenQ EW2440L. I had it close to one year I think

when did this showup? monitor should still be under warranty so check with BenQ site to see on warranty status.
