Question Is it easy to install Mac on a new pc that has no operating system?

I want to install mac on one of my PCs in order to get all apple benefits. I considered to buy an ipad but I think I will go with a portable monitor and mac pc. Is it easy to install the OS? where can I download it or perhaps buy it?

No it is not.
As far as I know, Apple does not sell the OS by itself.

You can download the MAC OS "for free" just like you can download the windows iso. But you do need a working Mac do do it, at least that's how it used to be.

Search for hackintosh on the web and be prepared for many many issues.

It is not easy. As someone who ran a hackintosh, I found it frustrating to maintain and keep running properly, plus, with Apple using its own silicon now, it's gotten even more difficult.

My advice is to do what I did, and buy a new Mac. I have a Studio, and couldn't be happier. Get an M1 or M2 Mac Mini or MacBook.
