Is it enough and what should i improve on this pc

Hello pc lovers, i want to ask about a pc with these details...
Intel core 2 quad q9650
3.0 ghz, 12 mb cashe
Intel q45 express chipset
8 gb ram ddr3
Hdd 250 gb sata 3.5
Intel hd graphics 1.7 gb total.
What should i improve?
And will it run games like pes 2018 or fortnite etc etc

well the most important thing for you is to get a better gpu, get something like a gtx 1050 and you will be able to play those games.
Also keep in mind that your cpu is very old and may cause some bottlenecks in some games, though Pes and fortnite should work.

ProcAmd a4 5300b 3.4 ghz 4.2 gb total

I5 650 3.2 ghz, 1.7gb shared
