Question Is it enough for Vega 64 LC

Hello guys, can you advise if my PSU will be enough for Vega 64 LC -

PSU - SeaSonic 650W Power Supply X650 SS-650KM3 https://www.amazon.com/SeaSonic-650W-Power-Supply-SS-650KM3/dp/B002VA7RPS
CPU - Ryzen 3600 (Wraith Prism, planned)
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 2666MHz OCed to 2933MHz
Storage:

• 1xSATA HDD 7200PRM 1TB
• 1xSATA SSD Kingston HyperX Fury 240GB
• 1xM.2 NVMe Kingston A2000 500GB

FAN - 4x140MM
Gaming Mouse and Keybaord
30` Monitor and a TV connected as well

I also use my PC to charge batteries (2x3000 mAMP)

Yes, that is a very good PSU and will be enough for the Vega 64.

That was my initial thought, but on the AMD's site it stated that the recommended is 750W as the card draws fracking 295W-

So I wanted to check if someone is rocking this GPU on a 650W PSU

Yeah, the card does draw a lot of power. AMD is overshooting the required PSU wattage because a lot of PSUs are not very good and don't actually output the rated wattage. The SeaSonic X650 you have is a very good PSU and should withstand even higher loads that 650W, on occasion, which is what the Vega 64 might do, spike in power (up to 350W if I remember correctly) for a split second.
