Is it enough this psu to hold the system?

Hello guys and excuse me for the noob question.
I'm gonna buy new motherboard and cpu and i want to learn if i be safe with my current PSU
The system will be:

CPU: Intel pentium g3258 OC 4.3-4.4

MOBO: Asus maximus vii hero

Ram: Kingstone hyperx 8gb 1600mhz

HDD: WD Black 1TB

HDD: toshiba 150GB

GPU: R9 280 Asus Strix 3GB OC edition

CPU Cooler: CM 212 evo

PSU: CM Elite 600watt.

Fans: 3/120mm 3/140mm

And one more question does the mouse,keyboard,headset,speakers consume watt from psu?

Yes, with room to spare. Although I would go crossfiring the 280 anytime soon.
Edit: yes the peripherals draw wattage from the USB's they are plugged into, but it is only around 5 watts max.

Quality wise the PSU is poor , but it does have the specs to run the setup.
