Last poster just state his/her experience without answering OP question regarding finding necessary card in Kosovo, and Memnarchon just selected this as Best Answer.

jdla140 post is good in terms of compatibility (however doesn't provide details), but this is it.

So, someone can just pop in into the old thread and select Best Answer so easy?

I can undo select even easier.... Specially in circumstances like this.....

Im not entirely sure but I think the OP is the only one that should be selecting the best answer. I have seen moderators come in and unselect best answers that were not chosen by the OP in the past.

Not sure why people other than the OP even have the option to pick best solution if your not supposed to do it, that has always confused me.

Moderators will regularly select best answer to older posts to clear them out.

Others with sufficient posts can also unselect best answers.
I on occasion do this if the OP asks for it.
Sometimes the OP made a mistake and wanted the thread to continue.
I, personally will not unselect a best answer myself even if I think it is wrong or not the best.
