Question Is it fine if my second CPU cooler fan is slower

I own a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition RGB. It comes with the stock fan which spins up to 2000 rpm, I added a second fan to it but it only spin up to 1200 RPM. I use the faster one to pull in air, second to exhaust out the heatsink. I was wondering if this would be bad with more air blowing from the faster one.

Push/Pull on a cooler such as that is probably little more effective than the single original fan.

Did you test the temps before and after, and see any difference?
I do use push/pull, I was wondering if having a lower rpm fan both 120 would be bad with air buildup from the excess air

Right.
It might be better. It might be worse.
It might cause turbulence in the airflow.

It won't actually break anything.

Have you actually measured the temps before or after?
It was around 5 degrees cooler on idle. Idk about full load though. I get 83 degrees on prime 95 large tests, with a 3600 cpu.
