I decide to built this pc and I wondering is it good or not???

Core 2 quad Q6600
Asus P5Q-PRO
2GBx2 kingston DDRII 800Mhz
Sapphire HD3870 512MB(256bit)
320GB W.Digital harddisk
18x Super Multi DVD rewriter
Cooler Master eXtreme Power plus 460watt
Cooler Master Elite 330

I use this pc for gaming and home use... And will Q6600 and Asus P5Q-PRO price fall again???

The build looks pretty good, but there are a couple things that could be changed.

First off, ditch the old 3870 and get a 4850 instead.

ASUS EAH4850 TOP/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121272 $144.99 - $30 MIR

I also don't trust Cooler Master PSU's. I'd pick up something like this instead.

CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008 $59.99 - $20 MIR

This is a little nit-picky, but I'd get a 22x DVD burner.

SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner Black SATA Model SH-S223F - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151171 $24.99

I'm not sure where you're getting you parts from, but www.zipzoomfly.com has great prices on hard drives.

WESTERN DIGITAL WD3200AAKS 320GB SATA 7200 RPM 16MB Hard Drive
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10005615&prodlist=celebros $49.99

See if your Motherboard supports 1066 ram, or 1333.

With PSU the bigger the better, even a 1000w The more 12v rails the better, no m ore than 4 is needed most come with 2 one for the CPU one for the GPU, SLI and CrossFire Have at least 3, Silverstone, Coolermaster, Antec, PC Power & Cooling these are all popular right now. Anything below $50 will most likely have a single 12v rail.

Silver Stone Zeus

Antec Neo Power

Cooler Master 590 with Internal Bay clips 3 120mm Front fans $60

If he is on a budget then i wouldnt reccomend the 122mhz memory because you really wont see that big of a difference between that and 800mhz.
This is true

It comes down to what you want, do you plan on multitasking? an overclocked E8400 scored .8 herz higher on a crisis benchmark.

whether the q6600 was OC'd as well, I'm not sure.

I'm tired which witch is which.
whether, weather, whuther, wither, without her.

If like that, it's better for me to get core i7 but the problem is DDR3 ram damn expensive and required better PSU(I Think).... Haiz, buy pc components is damn hard since economic unstable....

I always on multitasking on my E2200 but cpu meter always reach 70%~80%...
