Is it good idea to install another fan?

OK so the place I live is really hot meaning I'm perspiring as I'm typing as during the day the outside temp is 40C and at night is 30C so I have a case which has 2 front fans intaking air and 3 fans emitting air one at back and 2 on top but the thing is that the fans those who intake air are pretty much blocked by hdd so I wonder how effective they would be doing their jobs where the fans who are emitting are without any blocks so what I was thinking is that there 3 slots for dvd writer installation so maybe I could use those spots to so somehow fit another 120 mm fan .....what you guys think

I have the gpu temp at idle being 47c....on YouTube 61c and I'm scared to game on it cuz of temp

BTW how can I know my i5 6500 temp?

What's the best software cuz when I started to download and install core temp the site warned be they are not responsible for any harm so I quickly dint agree with their agreements and installation canceled thanks God. ...is there any reliable cpu temp...ism using Windows 10 64

did you try this http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php also those fans what cfm they have and the speed they run another thing do you run the pu on stock cooler amd did you overclock , add to this name and model of your case .
