I3 4150+16gb ram+500gb ssd+1tb hdd+1650 super gddr6
Will it lag to much while working or just when rendering.

Are you just using Photoshop/Illustrator? It largely depends on what you're doing in these programs.

I have a friend who's a graphic designer by profession and uses pretty much that same level of hardware daily. In fact, he's used my i3-5010U NUC (with no dGPU) & 8GB RAM and found it satisfactory.
