Is this a good pc setup for 2016 ? also i dont plan on buying gpu because im waiting for pascal i already have r9 280x and i will use it until pascal comes out

I personally wouldn't bother with the watercooling or getting a PSU that big (~600W will be plenty for a single card Pascal), unless you want to do some serious OCing (which I don't really see the point of for gaming). Otherwise everything looks good.
