Is it good to hibernate an ssd?

I have a Sandisk Ultra Plus 128 GB SSD. I hibernate it everyday, and I have heard that it is bad to do so. Is this true?

I don't think it is bad, just unneeded.
How much RAM do you have? Hibernation is sucking up drive space equivalent to the amount of RAM.

It can't take that long to boot up. How much time do you save by hibernating? 2 seconds? Is this 2 seconds worth the space taken up by hibernating?

I have 4 GB of ram.

I hibernate because it keeps my programs open and it is usually important for me to keep my programs open or I will forget what I was doing the next time I open my computer. So yeah I kind of have to.
