with reduced settings probably but it won't take too long before newest games will overpower the card. it was entry level for 1080p 2 years ago when it came out. keep that in mind. you'll be lowering settings as you go to stay at that fps target with a 380
good for what? it would be fine for 1080p gaming with reduced settings depending on the rest of the system. but would not be good for 4k gaming.
so need a bit more info on what the rest of the system is and what your goals are for the 380 card. plus depending on what the price is, there are a lot of newer cards that a re a lot better depending on the cost.
right the 380 will put out 1440p but at very low settings and then will struggle still. just wasn't made for that. it's roughly the same as a 960. 1080p no issue but nothing higher.
a 1060 will do 1440p with reduced settings as it is the same as a 980 and can do about what they could do. but that would be the minimum with a 1070 or higher (or 980ti or higher older gen card) being the better choice for 1440p gaming.
