Hello I got resolution of 1440x900 is it HD

Not Full HD, no.

It's above 720p which is classified as HD-ready, but below Full HD (1920x1080). Still not a bad res for desktop use / light gaming though.

Just like what he said. 720P is 1280 x 720 resolution, so if anything is at, or higher than, 1280 x 720 then it is high definition. Which in todays world doesn't mean much since we have full HD and ultra HD now.
