Is it healthy for Windows 10 disk usage to alway be 90-100%?

My computer automatically upgraded to windows 10 (unfortunately) and now the disk is always around 100% in task manager. It causes my laptop to be very slow and I can't stand it. The two types of processes with most if not all the percentage are service host and system and compressed memory. There are other programs with fluctuating percentages but no matter what the disk % is always around 100. Is that normal? I have tried a ton of things other forums have said but nothing works. Any suggestions?

That is not normal if Windows always operates at 100% disk usage. Please do try these support document from Microsoft that may finally solve that concern.
