Is it junk?

Hey, I was lookin for a new video card with TV out...and I ran into this one:

now I know this card is far from good...but I'm not looking for an AWESOME card...just something that'll gimme decent graphics on my games and let me have TV out capability so I don't have to watch DVDs on my 17" monitor. Right now I have an nVIDIA TNT2 M64 32mb card...no TV out and stuff...and the graphics and speed of it are just fine for me. I was just wondering if the above card would give me the same or maybe slightly better graphics and is it worth the money? If not, could you kindly point me towards a decent yet cheap(preferably under 60 or 70 bucks) video card? I wanna look into getting one after christmas. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't recommend that for you, it'd be horrible in games. You don't really need a 128MB card, either. <A HREF="http://www.fticomputer.com/cgis/detail.cgi?product=VB-PC-CMX8S PRO-TV-32MB&ses=e4c72d5045fbc6bab439236e571c1612&cat=VB" target="_new">This</A> would be much better, but still not all that great.
