Is it just my PSU or entire PC died?

I just changed my faulty R270x to GTX 970.
It works awhile until I ran benchmark software and my whole house got short circuit. After that I cannot on my PC anymore

My psu is Seasonic 620 Bronze

I don't think it's my house wiring and it is just my pc that can't be on anymore

The only way you will know is to replace the power supply and see if that fixes it. Get a better power supply when you do (clearly that one didn't work out).

Also, invest in an APC UPS or surge protector as well. A UPS is the best option, but doesn't come cheap. APC surge protectors will stop powering your stuff if they are fried by your house wiring, others will not and your equipment will be at risk unknowingly.
