Is it locked?

Hello guys. I have a nootbook, a Lenovo IdeaPad Z50-70, and it says that it has 4GB ram on 1600Mhz, but when i test it with any program it stays on 800Mhz... So my question is that is this locked or just it simply has 800Mhz?

It has 4GB of Double Data Rate RAM.
800Mhz * 2 = 1600Mhz.

Your RAM, presuming you have two physical sticks, is running correctly.
