[SOLVED] Is it memory fail, or is there another possibility?

I have an ASUS M4A785D-pro MB with 4 x 1 gig of ddr2 800 Mhz. I tried to upgrade to used 4 x 4 gig of ddr2 667 Mhz Samsung M393T5160QZA-CE6, which is a part number I think. It is different from what ASUS says.
ASUS says compatible with ddr2 667 Samsung M378T5263AZ3-CE6 4096MB DS K4T2G084QA-HCE6 (Chip No.).
Anyway, it doesn't make it to the first Beep. Could this be a compatibility issue, or just plain memory fail?
There is another sticker with other bits of info on it. I tried different combinations also.

Solution
Sorry, the Samsung M393T5160QZA-CE6 is ECC memory for server MB, which is not compatible with desktop MB.

Return these RAM, you need to buy the regular desktop non-ECC memory.
