Is it more beneficial to buy a PC with no OS installed so I can install it myself?
Its the same PC with same CPU etc,
The one without OS costs less than the one with OS

Prebuilt PC's come with windows installed. Most of them do at least. But for the price of windows I would never pay. It simply is too much. I got myself a genuine windows 10 pro for pretty cheap. You can find some for cheap but make sure they are not scams and are genuine.
