is it my MB, GPU, or PSU?
So everything was running perfectly and I go to start up my comp and I get no display. Everything is running but my gpu fans spins for a second and stops, repeatedly.
Two hours later after I gave up, the gpu decides to work. (I left it on for 2 hours)

If anyone could help me diagnose my PC so could order parts before it dies for good I'd highly appreciate it :)

Things I've done prior to it magically reviving:

Reseat ram and gpu
replug all cables
tested psu to gpu (steady 12 volts)
tested gpu on another MB(fans ran but no video)
remove CMOS battery 1 minute
Tried GPU in PCI-e x8 slot

My rig:
-Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 rev 2.0
-FX-8350- recently installed and ran flawlessly for 2 weeks(temps 90 F).
-212 CM hyper Evo cooler
-Sapphire R9 270 2G OC
-CX600M
- 2x4GBCorsair vengance 1600 MHz
- 500GB WD black
- 100GB Kingston hyperfury SSD

And yes I've heard about the bad VRAM overheating with my Rev.2 MB paired with the 8350. my CPU never went above 100 F ( no OC). GPU temps never went above 120 F during gaming. Is it possible the VRAM heat is causing my video card to die?

Hi thanks for the response.
what isn't matching? do you mean not having enough power?

oh and I had this rig for roughly 2 years if that helps any
