Just got an entirely new build.
3900X
X570 TUF Gaming
NVIDIA 2070 Super
Corsair Vengeance 3200 2x16
I’ve tried both PCIe slots. Top one doesn’t give a signal, but the GPU still lights up with fans working. The bottom lights up, fans running, gives me signal, yet the mobo still doesn’t recognize the GPU. what the hell??? My CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics so how am I still getting a picture?

Only place you can get any picture is if you plug monitor to GPU.
