Is it my motherboard which doesn't support 64Bit, or my processor isn't 64Bit?

So, i have a pretty old computer. its a 32bit os.
i'm looking forward to upgrade to 64bit system.
It says 32Bit processor, x64based system. Does that mean my processor is 64bit, and my motherboard doesn't support 64bit processors? Or can i update my os without buying a new motherboard?
I Have an intel i3 3220 processor and a gigabyte classic 4 H61M-WW, PCIe Gen 3 Motherboard

If yes, i need a new motherboard. Is this motherboard fine? (on budget)

Solution
It's your Windows that is not 64-bit.
Your current i3 is a 64-bit processor.
You only need to purchase and install a 64-bit version of Windows.
