The motherboard :
M5A78L -M/USB3
Cut a long story short, placed everything for a new PC build, please note the motherboard was handled quiet roughly, and even have bent pins on the processor.
Connected everything correctly, triple checked, rested CMOS, only 1 stick. Even striped out everything tried working it to the bare minimum. But the monitor doesn't get signal neither does the mouse/keyboard, yes I have the 4 pin connectors and 12v in double checked also the green light appears on the board, tried almost everything, is it what I feared true?
Trust me done everything over and over.
