Question Is it necessary to uninstall GPU driver if we want to change the Graphics Card?

i just wondering .. will it caused some problems if we don't uninstall the drivers before putting away the GPU to the new one?

It can cause problems. It's best to uninstall the old driver before removing the old GPU. Use Display Driver Uninstaller. You can run it even if you have already removed the old GPU from the system.

I know personally, oculus software crashed when I had both amd and nvidia drivers installed. Probably harmless, still a good idea to remove old driver.

Yes, Uninstall the old driver and install the new one to be safe as having both installed may cause unnecessary conflicts
