Question Is it normal for a laptop screen to go black and come back again?

It's been happening since I got my new laptop, I talked about stuttering issues in a recent post of mine (Kinda got ditched)
But now I've noticed that besides the stuttering issue, (or maybe it's related?) the screen keeps "shutting off" aka goes black and comes back in a sec or 2, sometimes it happens randomly, sometimes it happens when I change quality on a youtube video.

Mine is the 11400H, 3060 130W, 16 GBs ram, 1TB nvme

Yes. I've installed all the nescessary drivers from the beginning and the problem is still here. I've done a fresh install of windows, but it's still here. I'm just gonna return it and request another one. I hope the problem is that it was a faulty laptop.
