Is it Normal For a Mother board to no Match up perfectly with the standoffs in a Case? I would appreciate your input. :)

I Tried to install a Asus z390-a ATX mother board into a Corsair 570x. The stand offs line up except for the two in the top right, that are slightly misaligned. I spend almost 2 hours trying to get them to Align. So I just secured all the holes that did line up 7/9. I thought it could be the IO shield but, it was fully pushed into place. Some one told me that it is normal for not all the holes to line up perfectly, considering the different manufacturer's etc. :/

This is disappointing to me since I spent allot of money on this. I would like to take it all apart and get it to fit right but I Don't really want to risk damaging my parts I felt as though I was already pretty ruff trying to get it to fit. Any suggestion or comments?
p.s. I have not attached power to any of the components yet. Also is it okay to just leave 7/9 holes screwed in?

Did you tighten the standoffs one at a time? I've noticed in some cases if you tighten one or two and the board is slightly tilted you can windup with slightly off standoffs. Loosen the screws, don't take them out, and see how much wiggle room you have when the board is in, you might be able to get those last couple screws in.

The stand off came preinstalled

I got the srews into all the stand offs, but it wasnt as smooth fitting I would have hoped, it felt a little forced. I hope it dosent have a damaging effect on the board.
