[SOLVED] Is it normal for SSD to lose than regain space?

I leave my PC on overnight and my SSD, to be more specific C drive where Windows is installed is usually at 72-72.3GB.

When I woke up it was at 69.7 so I ran Disk Cleanup and restarted my PC. Initially, it was at 70.6GB than jumped to 71.7GB and now it's back at 72.1GB? Is this normal?


Sorry if this is a stupid question. My PC is 7 weeks old and I'm not an expert.

There are all sorts of temporary files coming in and out of your system. You're always going to have some fluctuation in hard drive usage.

Nothing to do with an SSD, that's just normal OS operation.
