i installed my cpu cooler today and only two pins would click is that normal?

That depends on what type of cooler it is. If it's a stock Intel style cooler with push-pins then all four pins should click into place. The cooler will not work well if only two of the four pins are fully seated.

If it is a intel stock cooler and all foure pins can't move i shouldn't be a problem.

it is an intel stock cooler but when i looked at the bottom of the mobo they all looked like they were click into place so i think im good and also it doesnt wobble
