i'd check the MSI motherboard memory compatibility to make sure the memory is compatible with your mobo. I'd check but their page not loading for me ATM. How about power supply? 450w should work.

Already got a power supply, and yes the ram is compatible with the mobo, what I don’t know is is the cooler matches de mobo

I have read that the MasterLiquid Lite ML120L RGB supports AM4 bracket for ryzen. If your mobo has the am4 bracket you should be fine.
