Question Is it ok for my PSU to get warm or hot? especially playing games

My PSU is Cougar Gex 850 watts, It gets warm/hot when playing games and warm during browsing through the Internet. Is it Ok for it to get warm during browsing/Idle and is it ok to get hot when playing games?

Spec:
Asrock b550 phantom gaming 4
Ryzen 7 5700G
32 GB Ram
RTX 3060

When I touch it its Kind of warm when browsing/Idle, but when I play Its kind of "Hot" so is it normal? My Thermal Gun is still on the way so I cant still determine its temp tho,
But is it normal for it to be "warm" or "Hot"?

where is your PSU taking air from? from outside of case or from inside?

from outside Under the Case, Just messaged the Manufacturer they said it "Normal" for it to get hot/warm

The fan in the Cougar GEX 850w does not rotate under 300w of load. Passive cooling is more inefficient than active cooling so the components and housing of the PSU get hotter up to 300w of load. I doubt the fan ever start to rotate in a system with R7 5700G and RTX 3060. No problem for the PSU because it's designed that way.
