Question Is it OK to add a new 4GB DDR4 RAM to Dell Optiplex 7080 ?

I want to add 4GB more RAM to my Dell Optiplex 7080 (10th GEN INTEL CORE i5, 1x 8GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM) but I heard that RAMs in a PC must have the same brand, same speed and same capacity. Is this true?

Also, I want to know that which RAM is best for my PC?
