Is it OK to disable fans at low temperatures?

I have recently bought 2 AF140s as front intake, 1 AF120 as a rear exhaust and 2 AF120s as top exhausts.

In the BIOS settings of my motherboard the minimum RPM percentage I can have the case fans running at is 60%. Even though the AFs are quiet I still think they're a little too loud at idle.

I've found a setting in the BIOS to turn the fans off at idle/low temperatures. Is this OK? Or will heat build up in the case?

heat will barely build up in the case
i have two intake fans and 3 exhaust and one of them is used for my 120mm liquid cooler radiator, when at idle i turn every fan off except for the radiator fan which i leave running and 800 rpm (max is 1200rpm) and my case stays at about room temperature ( with hot Australian room tempratures)
but you will definitely be fine if you turn all of the fans off

The best solution in theory is having PWM-controlled fans, so they can eg. run at 30% constantly instead of running at 60% for a while then shutting off for a while and then going back to 60% when the temperature climbs (hysteresis is also a problem there, because having fans shifting back and forth between 0% and 60% too often could get annoying).

OK thanks for the advice! My PC will be near silent with the case fans turned off!
