Is it ok to have an intake fan right next to an exhaust fan on top of my case?

Hi,
I'm currently building my first computer and have some questions about the functionality of my planned fan setup. I've included a diagram of my case, so if anyone could please look and tell me what they think, I would appreciate it greatly.

The question mark on the diagram represents me not knowing where the air will go from that intake fan. Will it help cool the heatsinks or just get sucked out the exhaust fan right next to it and block hot air from escaping?

Thank you so much for the help.

Solution
I would say to not use the top intake, its not really going to accomplish much other than disrupt the airflow.
So a few suggestions:
Use the higher CFM fans as intakes, instead of exhaust
Turn the CPU cooler 90 degrees so that it blows cool air from right to left, and out the rear exhaust
The PSU should intake air from the bottom of the case and exhaust out the rear, not like you have it drawn.

Solution
The PSU is intake.
PSU fans are meant to cool it, thus they blow air inside the PSU and push it out the back.

In your scenario, it would pull air from inside the case. Even worse, it will fight the GPU fans as well.
